Lunge it Out

LUNGE IT OUT:


First, this little combo can be used before any workout to warm up your hips in all 3 planes of motion.

Forward
Backward
Lateral
Cross in Front
Rotate Open
Rotate Close

OR, rest some dumbbells up on your shoulders for more of a challenge and make a workout out of it.

Don't forget to do the same for the other leg.

And can I just say: there are no absolutes in the world of health and fitness, BUT the lunge exercise is one of the very best exercises for your legs and butt and a favorite of mine.  They are pretty safe as well.
