You knew it was coming right?! I had to follow up my lower body workout ( I posted a 'LEGS' workout similar to this style last week ) with an upper body workout.
This workout hits your ARMS- Back and Chest are not part of your arms. But, I threw in push-ups and those are great for everything.
Start out with HEAVY weights. Lighten the load if needed as the reps go on. One time through the list. Do another round if you have the time or your arms don't feel like they are floating away.
Use Dumbbells for all exercises. AND don't miss that last set of 30….it is Lateral Raises and not like the first 30 Front Raises.
