Took a break from the Weights

I listened to my body today and left the weights alone and stuck with 15-15-30 doing some sweaty cardio.  Every inch of my upper body is sore ( all that lawn mowing ).  It's been a great week.  Tomorrow my legs will join in on the fun!  Click the link >  "1800 Seconds" for that workout from last Saturday.
