The GET FIT with FOUR Workout

The GET FIT with FOUR Workout:


Arms, Cardio, Abs and Legs.  I put them in that order for a reason.  Spiking the heart rate and letting it come back down is the BEST way to BURN FAT.

For this one, if you're using a phone, I suggest you write the workout down on paper so you can use the stop watch on your phone, or be near a clock.  OR, have a buddy so one can have the workout and the other has the timer.  TRUST me, going back and forth on your phone b/w the workout and stop/starting your timer is a pain.  Just let the timer run and stop it after each circuit.  So get your DBs ready, a mat for abs, set a timer and goooooo:

Do all "A" exercises each for __ seconds

Then move on to "B" exercises and do them each for __ seconds and so forth

BEGINNERS can do, 30 seconds per exercise, 1x through. That will take 8 mins TOTAL.  You can do 30 secs of work and use the remaining 30 secs to catch your breath and get set for the next exercise.  Start your next exercise at the top of the minute.  That will make the workout 16 mins TOTAL.

ADVANCED can do, 45 seconds per exercise, 3x through.  That will take 36 mins TOTAL. To keep the math easy on your brain, you can do work for 45 secs and use the remaining 15 secs to get set for the next exercise.  Start your next exercise at the top of the minute.  That will make the workout 48 mins TOTAL.

On the CARDIO, I listed 2 exercises per letter for you to choose from.  OR, you can do both and split the time in half.  So, if you are doing 30 secs per exercise, do one for 15 secs and the other option for 15 secs.  If you are doing 45 secs per exercise, you could do one for 20 secs and the other option for 20 secs.  I'll spare you 5 secs to transition.  Your Welcome.

YES!  I got sneaky and threw in a back exercise w/ your ABS- renegade row (I have posted a video of this).  I also added a shoulder press on with your squats ( more shoulders please…..)
