If you are going to do the workouts I post this week, MAKE THEM COUNT! The goal you want to have in a strength training workout is to feel shaky, fatigued or feel an uncomfortable burn.
When you are on your 3rd set of an exercise, it should be a struggle to reach the set number of reps. If you aren't struggling by that 3rd set, it means you can add a few pounds to the weight you are using. Which also means you have gotten stronger, which is never a bad thing! So be proud and up that weight.
When you shake and burn you are building up those muscle fibers. And remember, MORE muscle = FASTER metabolism = MORE calories you burn at rest watching the Bachelor tonight!!!
