2 TBS Apple Cider Vinegar mixed w/ Simply Orange + Mango
BREAKFAST NUMBER 1- Post Workout:
I had a 'Banana Split' protein shake (see post a few weeks back for recipe). However, it contained Whey protein (fast absorbing) and a high glycemic carb.
