Exercises for the GLUTES

#SWEATYSATURDAY exercises for your Glutes:

1- Weighted Plie Squats w/ each foot on a bench.  5x15.  SQUEEEEEZE the Glutes when you are  at the top.

2- Single Leg Elevated Hip Thrusters. 5x15. SQUEEEEEZE the Glutes when you are fully extended.
