Afternoon Snack

Just because this sounded good.  When does Almond Butter and Bananas not sound good?!  Here is an up close and personal shot with one of these tasty treats.

2 Quaker Lightly Salted Rice Cakes

1Tbs Almond Butter on each. 2 TBS = 1 serving of Almond Butter

1 Banana- split between the two cakes

P.S. Tomorrow I bring you a fabulous Dumbbell Leg Workout.... I will be posting later today a little extra challenge with this workout that you NEED to try with one of the exercises! DIE STUBBORN INNER THIGH FAT!!!
