Here is your WEDNESDAY:  TRICEPS & ABS.  Lets whip the back of those arms into some serious shape!

Most of you know the good ol' trice kickback???  But if the other exercises for the triceps in this workout do not sound familiar, my 2 latest videos that you can find HERE are of these exact moves.  Go check them out if you need some help knowing what they are.  Throw in some jump rope while you are at it ;)

And FYI, on exercises working one side at a time like: kickbacks, single arm extensions, heel touches, bicycle etc…..do the reps listed for each side.  So, your abs would be 30 TOTAL/15 for EACH side.  Your kickbacks and extensions would be 24 TOTAL/12 for EACH arm.
