LEG WORKOUT:
Walking Lunge to Single Leg Deadlift- 3x10 each leg. Use Dumbbells. Video is coming!
Side Step-Ups to Curtsy Squats- 3x10 each leg. Use a Dumbbell. I have already posted a video of this exercise.
Donkey Kicks with Weight- 3x20 each side. Place a dumbbell behind your knee. Video is coming!
Bulgarian Split Squats- 3x10 each leg. Use Dumbbells. Video is coming!
Swing Lunges- 3x10 each leg. Hold plate or Dumbbell out in front of you. 20 total per side. (10 front lunge/10 back lunge). I have already posted a video of this exercise.
