1 Scoop Protein Powder of choice (I used Molten Chocolate by Cellucor. I'm more of a Chocolate girl than Vanilla).
5 Ice Cubes
1 C. Spinach Leaves
1/4 C. Blueberries
1/4 C. Strawberries
1 Sliced Apple
*OPTIONAL- I added 1/2 C. of water to get things moving. This is a super thick shake.
