Earlier this morning I posted a cardio workout called, "Mix It Up Treadmill Workout" that has you doing Lunges and Side Step'n while on the treadmill. This video shows you how I do them.
Trust me, they are done slow enough that they are easy and so good for your lower body. Don't forget the incline while you do them. Try them, you'll love it!
Hello guys!! I have joined a local gym in my hometown and tomorrow was my first day and most of the people suggested me to use preworkout supplements for getting quick energy. I just wonder do these supplements have any side effects if taken on daily basis.
