the 'Take It To The TRACK' Workout #4

the 'Take it to the TRACK' Workout 4:

RUN 1 LAP

3 SETS OF THE FOLLOWING:
Run one side of the stadium stairs
15 Squat Jumps at the end
Run one side of stadium stairs back
15 Squat Jumps
20 Bleacher Ab Pull-Ins
15 Bleacher Dips
15 Bleacher Push-ups

RUN 1 LAP

3 SETS OF THE FOLLOWING:
Stair/Bleacher Hops
Run down
Right Diagonal Squat Climb
Run down
Stair/Bleacher Hops
Run down
Left Diagonal Squat Climb
Run down

RUN 1 LAP

3 SETS OF THE FOLLOWING--down the STRAIGHTAWAY:
High Skips 1/2 Way
High Knee Run the other 1/2
Lt. Traveling Squats 1/2 Way
Rt. Traveling Squats the other 1/2
20 Speed Skaters
20 Glute Bridges

FINISH WITH: ( 3 sets )
Sprint the STRAIGHTAWAY
walk the curve
Sprint the STRAIGHTAWAY
walk the curve
THE END!!



This Video goes along with the 'Take it to the TRACK' Workout #4.  Yes, the workout looks never-ending....but the exercises are short and goes by quickly.  Should take you about 1 hour.

Going from Top to Bottom, Left to Right:

Bleacher Ab Pull-Ins
Bleacher Push-Ups

Bleacher Dips
Glute Bridges

Bleacher/Stair Hops

Right Diagonal Squat Climb…you will also do these with your Left leg leading

Speed Skaters

Left & Right Traveling Squats
