Here Is What I Did

Happy 1st of July…..We are half way to Christmas, sorry.

To give you an idea of how you can work that Shoulders & Triceps SUPERSET workout I posted last Tuesday.

Here is what I did:

1- I ran 1 mile

2- then I did the 'Shoulders + Triceps SUPERSET Workout

3- I ended with another mile.  I made sure to beat my previous mile.

The entire workout including set up, landed me with 416 calories burned in about 45 minutes.  I'll take it.
