QUICK HIIT AT THE TRACK

I got out on the track Wednesday night before Utah had feelings about it being Spring.


 QUICK HIIT at THE TRACK:

Sprint the Straightaway on one Side
Walk the Curve
Run the Stadium Stairs on the Other Side
Walk the Curve
Repeat 5x

That will give you 5 sprints and 5 stadiums.  Will be 5 laps around.
