Some Cardio AND Legs/Outer Thigh Work

These are also great for your legs/outer thigh AND it gives you a little bonus of some cardio.

INCLINE: 5.0% - 8.0%

SPEED: 5.0 mph

TIME: 30-45 seconds left and don't forget the right!!!

CATCH YOUR BREATH

REPEAT
