Healthy Snack Idea


So I know not everyone is a fan of fruit in their cottage cheese.  As for me, it all depends on the fruit.  This little combo was actually delicious!  

- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 TBS of Almond Butter
- 1 Banana
- sprinkle cinnamon on top
