on Monday morning, here it is:
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder- I would prefer chocolate but I am out
1 tbs pbfit- powdered pb
1 tbs almond butter
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 banana
Ice
