That's how many years people were able to reverse the aging process of their muscles after doing exercises with weights- such as lunges, squats, bicep curls and bicycle crunches- just twice a week for 10 weeks, per a study from a college in Massachusetts.

So I should be able to whoop my grand kiddos butts in arm wrestling when I'm 95……. ;)
