Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day. Doing so will help you skip the late in the day snacking. This breakfast always keeps me satisfied and full. It contains all the good stuff:
PROTEIN/ CARBS/ FATS
(the only thing missing would be a veggie)
-1/2-1 C. Oats
-1 whole egg
-2 egg whites
-1 TBS chia seeds
-1/2 scoop protein powder ( I use Cellucor)
-dash of cinnamon
