Monday Morning Wake Up:



5 - 10 - 15 .........yep, Burpees!  But 5 at a time is better than 6 at a time!  The lunge reps of 10 are 10 on each leg.  How many rounds is up to you.  I suggest at least 3. ENJOY!!!
