Obliques

Target your entire CORE with planks BUT give a little extra attention to your OBLIQUES with this move.

I did this exercise in the gym on Saturday with my feet up on a tire.  A bench would work too.  So in between baseball games I wanted to show you guys because I liked it that much.

Keep your core tight, back flat and butt out of the air.
