MONDAY MORNING WAKE UP: BooTY Burner
Ok Guys…… Lets Burn the booty with a Weighted Exercise and immediately follow it up with a body weight PULSING exercise. You have to EXAGGERATE the body weight exercise. Get low. Get deep. Go slow and make it BURN.
The last exercise is 20 jump squats. So JUMP!!! Get some air between the ground and the bottom of your shoes. Don't just go through the motions on those jumps and when you finish a set you'll be like, "ohhhhhhh, they DO burn and here I am gasping for air!"
Make every rep count!
