I posted a workout with Freakin' Burpees yesterday….. sometimes you just got to do them! They are actually a very effective full body exercise. So here are some options for all different levels.
1-Burpees w/ a push up from the knees to no jump
2-Burpees w/ a regular push up to no jump
3- Burpees w/ a regular push up and a jump
4- Burpees w/ a plank jack and a jump
